We have BIG news!
We are expecting a baby through adoption!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $20,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
Why fundraise?
Adoption is costly! We believe that God is asking us to adopt even without having all the funds in the bank! We believe He is giving other people the opportunity to join our family's story and ministry through tax-deductible donations.
Do you know the baby's gender, ethnicity, or other details?
Nope! Not yet. We have specified that we are open to a healthy baby boy or girl of any race or heritage!
When do you bring the baby home?
Not sure yet! Our agency mostly does emergency placements. This means we will most likely get a call saying "a baby has been born and the birth mom picked you!" rather than "a birth mom due in 6 months picked you.".

What's the adoption process?
To put it simply… there was a lot of paperwork! We began the process in March. We have had our home study visit and interviews and should be "homestudy approved" by the first week of August! Then we are a waiting family until a birth mom picks us!
What are the costs involved trough the adoption process?
Homestudy fee, Application fee, Lawyer fees , Paying our social worker, Paying the adoption agency, Processing fee, potential hospital fees (will update later)
What if I don't want to give through this site?
That's fine. This site takes a small percentage of what we raise. The benefit is that you get a tax deduction for giving here.
