Before we were married, we knew that we wanted to have children naturally and also eventually adopt Fast forward to 2013, and the "natural" part wasn&'t working out so smoothly. After a lot of prayer and discussion, we decided to adopt first. Since we&'d like our first to be a newborn, we&'re adopting through Kirsh and Kirsh We officially applied of May 2013, had our home study in July 2013, and were ultimately approved in July 2013. We&'re now playing a waiting game! We&'re still waiting for God to lead someone to pick us out as the perfect parents for their baby. As we wait we thought it would be a perfect time to look into fundraising options and other different things to help us be ready for when we are chosen!
