We are the Jacobs Family. Heather and Nathan have been married for 13 years. Nathan works as a professor a private Christian college and Heather stays home with their four children. We have always known adoption would be part of our family story. Last year, we saw a picture of a little boy on the other side of the world that melted our hearts. His name is Hamilton. He has special needs, and is a tiny six year old in need of a family. The past few months we have gone through homestudies and filled out paperwork. We have completed our dossier, and it is in Eastern Europe now, waiting for referral. We hope to soon go to Eastern Europe and meet him, and then a couple of months later go to bring him home. So far we have raised over $17,000. We need to raise about $17,000 more. Thank you for taking time to read our story.
