Hi friends. Thanks for your interest in our family and this journey that the Lord has led us down to bring home baby Rayah to our family. We fell in love with adoption throughout our marriage and are thankful to God for His redeeming story in our lives and love watching Him redeem lives of orphans by allowing them to come to forever families. Having learned more about the congo and the needs in this country from a young Congolese man at our church, we were able to narrow down where we wanted to adopt from to the DRC. WE were super thankful to find Africa Adoption Services and quickly signed on with them to do an independent adoption from the DRC. We were matched with sweet Rayah girl in april and the court process went very smoothly. she is offical a pellowe(hoots and hollers) we are now facing a long investigation period and are thankful for the time to save and raise the rest of the funds to bring her home! thanks for caring for us and our family! love, todd and emily
