We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily average $10,000s and for us it has been around $40,000 - $50,000. This is why we have set a goal of $10,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. We are trying to raise this by Sunday, March 10th at 11:59 PM.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Our child will be raised knowing how much he or she was loved long before we ever knew of him or her. Our hope and prayer is for our child to see God's great love for him or her through your love and giving spirit.
