Amanda & Kevin Doyle

are adopting a child from United States of America

Many of you know our story, but many do not.

In July of 2016, Kevin and I filed for emergency custody of my niece Adah. She was only 4 months old at the time. We obtained full permanent custody soon after. She has been such a joy and has brought so much to our lives. She is kind, smart, funny, energetic, and sassy, but we wouldn’t change it for the world!! We are all she has ever known as mommy and daddy.

Little did we know that in July of 2019, her half sister would be born and need our help as well. Zoey was born at 29 weeks via emergency csection. Her mother was on meth and had went i to pre term labor. Zoey was born with multiple types of drugs in her little body. At one day old Kevin and I filed for emergency custody to prevent the state taking custody of her. We then was awarded full permanent custody when she was a week old. I was by her side for 6-8 hours a day in NICU for 44 days. She was and still is a fighter. She has fought and won so many battles already in her short little life.

We are now at a turning point where we can file the termination of rights and proceed with the adoption process. This unfortunately comes with a pretty hefty price tag. We also have four other children, one who just started college, so finances are extremely tight right now. These babies are priceless to us, so we are willing to make it happen anyway that we can.

It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. Fortunately, our costs are not that extreme, but they are still pretty signifier. This is why we have set a goal of $4500 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our babies as they grow up.

Thank you so much for all of your prayers, love, and support. There are not enough words to express our gratitude!
