Team Meyers is growing by FOUR FEET! We will be adding boy/girl twins to our family through domestic infant adoption this spring. It's been a crazy, sometimes heartbreaking, winding road that has led us to this point and we are absolutely thrilled to have been chosen by a brave birth mama in FL and are counting the days until "baby brother and baby sister" become part of our family!

I read a quote the other day that said, "No one can do everything. But everyone can do something." It's easy to get overwhelmed by the brokenness in the world around us. Poverty, sickness, addiction, mental illness…. all these things and more contribute to the challenges facing some of the smallest and most vulnerable members of our global society. But God has invited each of us to take part in bringing healing and hope to our world, to give each child the chance they deserve to discover who they are and what it's like to love and be loved by a family that fights to see them thrive. We've done many things over the years to partner with God in His mission to bring healing and hope- given our time, our prayers, our finances - and we've got no plans to stop doing those things. But we feel God has invited us to partner with Him in a new way… to become family to two little ones who have been born, not of our blood, but of our hearts!
