We have BIG news!

We are adopting a baby!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started supporting raising in order to help alleviate some of the cost of adoption. Some of the major adoption cost can include:

  • Marketing fees - helps to get our profile out to expectant moms

  • Legal fees - helps us to get an attorney in order to work with us and the expectant mom to make sure everything is taken care of on the legal side of the adoption

  • Home study - helps us to be cleared and certified to adopt by a local agency to bring a child into our home

  • Birth mother medical cost - helps support the birth mother to have a healthy pregnancy and ensure that she has the resources to do so

  • Travel - allows us to go and see the birth mom during pregnancy as well as travel to the birth when the baby is born

    Summer and Jacob, we were so touched to see you are adopting! We had no idea of the emotional weight during the waiting process of becoming parents until we walked through it in our own small way.
