We have news…we’re adopting! This is just the start of our journey, but we are excited to take steps toward growing our family and giving Elliot a little brother or sister.

As part of our adoption process, we’ve started this crowdfunding page. Both to share updates along the way, and also to fundraise for our adoption which will cost around $55,000. Yup…$55,000!

Please consider making a gift - of any size - to our adoption and know that from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you. We literally can not do this alone, which is scary…but it’s also really special because bringing this child home is something we will all do together.

    Yard Sale Success!

    June 17, 2022

    Thank you to everyone who donated items to our yard sale or who came out to support it! It was a lot of work but it was a huge success! It was a great two days and the weather was beautiful which was an added bonus. As you can see from the photo, we had a TON of items to sell. And thanks to everyone who stopped by, we made $5,000 to support our adoption!

    Items that didn't sell were donated to Goodwill, as well as veterans, refugees and Elliot's preschool.

    Home Study Approved!

    May 5, 2022

    As of this week we are home study approved! This means that we're now waiting to be matched with an expectant mother. It might happen quickly, or it might take several months. At this point, we just sit and wait to be contacted. It's very exciting!

    Please keep us in your thoughts during this time. We're hopeful that everything will go smoothly and we'll have clarity throughout this part of the process. As always - thank you all, so much for your support!
