"I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you" John 14:18. This scripture has forever changed our hearts and view of adoption. We have seen our friends adopt and others who are in the process like us. It is very exciting and fulfilling for us to be adding to our family this way. We have three wonderful daughters and are able to have more children but want to adopt as God has adopted us into his family. We fell in love with Ethiopia and want to provide a home and loving family for 2 children. We began this process and have had to put it on hold a few times due to finances but are now entering the end of our paper-working and will soon be waiting for a referral. The stress of the amount of money needed can become overbearing at times but we have put our trust in our Lord and know that there is no perfect time to do anything, there is only God&'s plan and His timing.
