We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of [$25,000] to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

We would love to share with you our story. My name is Josh Hanmore and Megan Hanmore is my beautiful wife of 12 years. We came together as two young souls in love 14 years ago not knowing what life's journey had in store for us. We took each others hand in marriage on September 3rd of 2005 and dedicated ourselves to one another but most of all we dedicated our marriage to our Savior Jesus Christ and began our journey. We have made many memories along the way, we have laughed, we have cried, and we have laughed again but most of all we supported each other with love and prayer. Our dream since we came together was to always have and raise children and getting to experience being a family, what we didn't realize was how hard it would be. Countless nights of heartache and tears, days of numbness and wonder if it would ever happen. Seeing friend after friend celebrate he birth of each new child, smiling on the outside but hurting within. Test after test coming out negative and breaking the bank month after month for fertility treatments. We exhausted every avenue hoping and praying for answers. We prayed to God, we cried to God, and we even screamed at God in anger but through all of that we still trust the Lord because we know his ways our not our ways. So after praying and talking we have decided to leave the natural birth in his hands and put our focus on giving a loving home to a beautiful baby or two in need of a home. As we embark on this journey we know that it can be a heavy financial burden but we also know the God we serve and the brothers and sisters in Christ we have. We our asking that yo will join us on this journey in prayer and if God puts it upon your heart financially. We plan to video blog this entire journey because we want you to be there right along with us. We know God will see us through this and we haven't given up hope that God will send us a child through the womb of my wife but until that day we don't want to waste the love we have, we want to give it to a child that needs it, so we pray that this touches your heart and we will see you at the end of this journey.
