We have BIG news!
It is with much joy and excitement that we share with you a big life change in our not-so-distant future. You may already be aware that we have felt a passion and desire in our lives to adopt a baby into our family! We have come to a greater realization of all that we have been blessed with - beyond what we could ever earn or deserve - and we humbly desire to share those blessings with a child who may not otherwise have the same opportunities we’ve been given. We also recognize that it takes a village to raise a child, and we couldn’t embark on this journey without you, our incredible support system.
We are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. We have set a goal of $22,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he grows up. We ask also for your prayers as we walk this adoption journey and enter into the wonderful world of parenthood! Thanks in advance!
