About five months ago, God placed a beautiful baby boy into our family and we grew by one more! We have truly been blessed with baby Elias and by the friends and family that are our “village”, helping to raise our children for the Lord and point them as arrows towards Him.
It was undeniably God’s prompting to open our home to adoption, although we were not expecting Him to place an infant into our care so quickly. Knowing that God’s timing and plan are perfect, we said “yes” to an adoption process that has become both challenging and expensive. But, God uses all things for His glory and purposes, so we know that He is working through this situation in mighty ways. We’re honored that He has entrusted Elias to our family and that He has surrounded us with a hedge of love and support from friends and family like you.
We want to thank you for your love, your prayers, your gifts, and your talents, which have been used by the Lord in ways that continue to surprise and amaze us each and every day.
We have set a goal to raise $5,000 towards the costs of the adoption, court, and lawyer fees that have accrued. Anything and everything helps our family to stay the course and continue to fight this battle that God has layed before us. More than funding, we covet your prayers and continued support and encouragement.
Thank you for sharing the love of Christ with baby Elias! He will one day know his story, full of love and God’s provision, and it is our prayer that he will use his testimony to shine the light of Jesus in a broken world.
