Hi family and friends! As most of you know, our family was called to foster care two years ago when we brought our little friend Elijah home from the hospital at two precious days old. Through his year long stay with our family, we realized how strongly we desire to have a child in our home that never has to leave. Elijah taught us many things but the most important lesson we learned was how intensely we can love a child that is not biologically ours. It is now the deepest desire of our hearts to give a child loving home and a forever family. We are currently pursuing private, domestic adoption and have recently been matched with a birth mom that is due December 6th in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our estimated total adoption costs are $35,000 - $40,000 and we still need to raise $25,000. These numbers are staggering and completely overwhelming to us but we know God will provide and be faithful to what he has called us to do. The need is great, family and friends!
