It has always been our hearts desire to love, nourish and watch many little ones blossom for the Lord. As many of you know it was a challenging journey to receive our two precious boys and then the two little ones we had to release up to heaven. Early in 2015 we both sensed the Lord encouraging us to step out and allow Him to help us adopt a child into our family.
Now two years later this vision is becoming a reality! Our family is matched with a couple who needs a family to welcome and embrace their baby girl. The expectant mother is due toward the end of November 2017. So first and foremost we seek your prayers for this little girl, for the mother carrying her and the father holding her hand. We need His peace for both of our families and for the Lord to have His way in each step. Thank you for your faith in Christ in us. We would not be able to attempt this without committed friends and family.
As you know there are many layers to this process. The Lord has brought us through many stages. He has faithfully provided expenses through our saving and generous gifts here so that we have reached a little over 80% of what is needed. We have the agency and legal large main cost but also travel out of state for 2 weeks and medical expenses. We continue to celebrate God's goodness as we are nearly there!
