We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As of the summer of 2021, we were given a newly estimated average of $50,000 for a domestic infant adoption. With this new estimate, we have come to realize that this adoption may stretch us further outside of our comfort zone in more ways than previously thought. One of those ways is having to fundraise. If there is anything we have learned over time however, it is to step out into faith where we are called and fully embrace God’s opportunities!
Because of these reasons, we have started this crowdfunding campaign as part of our adoption process. We have set a fundraising goal, to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the village and community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up! We will be updating our story throughout the adoption process, to let everyone know what is happening.
