I&'ve had a heart for adoption since I was a little girl. I would bug my mother to adopt a baby sister for me. :) Later, that desire did not diminish. When I was dating Dan, I told him that I planned to adopt from Africa. He was totally open to that idea. It wasn&'t until later when we were in the process fully that the desire to adopt really sunk into his heart and became his own hope as well. We began the process over 4 years ago now. In the meantime, God blessed us with a darling little boy. He&'s now 2. We received the call that matched us with our Ethiopian son in Nov 2015, and pray we will be able to travel for court soon! Hopefully this winter he will be home! Thank you for wanting to be part of this with us!! It truly means the world to us that you want to come alongside us in this adoption journey.
