We are adopting a child!
After 4 years of trying to have a second child, multiple surgeries and two miscarriages, we knew that God had prepared our hearts for adoption. He prepared a way through our darkest season and ushered us into a season of excitement and expectation as we begin our adoption journey. There is no greater privilege than to be a parent and we are so humbled to walk this road as a family.
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of [insert amount] to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
