Hello, we are Jake and Ezra we have been together for 5 years and within the 5 years we have been together, i was told that i will no be able to carry my own children. Jake and I would like to get married and one day have our little family!! Unfortunately due to health conditions I wont be able to carry our children. We have thought over doing surrogacy but it was too expensive! Our next option we had was adoption. We are looking forward to meeting our little babies and having a family of our own someday!!
