We believe James 1:27 that says "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." We believe God has called us to grow our family through adoption. We do not have any children yet but our two dogs are very excited to get a brother or sister (or both)! We know God will be walking with us through each step of this adoption as we get closer to bringing our children home from India.
We are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $5,000 to help us cover the agency fees associated with the home study and requirements that come along with that step in the process.
