We have had this beautiful little girl in our care since she was about 3 months old. At which time both of her parents were incarcerated, her mother has agreed to let us adoptor but her father is fighting us on it. He has been in and out of prison. For the past 20 years., Our attorney says we have a good chance of keeping her. However, the attorney fees are. Getting to be very very expensive, any bit of help would greatly appreciated.
