Our adoption journey began with a simple but deeply meaningful desire to become parents and build a family centered on love, stability, and connection. Adoption had been on our hearts for a long time, and after many conversations, prayers, and careful planning, we knew this was the path we were meant to pursue together.

The process has been emotional, exciting, and humbling all at once. We completed our homestudy, became approved, signed our adoption contract, and began preparing ourselves not only financially, but emotionally for parenthood. Along the way, we learned quickly how much patience, trust, and faith adoption requires.

Today, we are incredibly grateful to have been matched with a birth mother and are expecting a baby boy due on September 11th. Meeting her and building that connection made this experience feel very real and deeply personal. We have so much respect for her strength and the love behind her decision.

As we prepare to welcome our son, we continue to focus on creating a home filled with warmth, support, laughter, and unconditional love. Our families, friends, and community have surrounded us with encouragement throughout this journey, and our son will grow up knowing he is deeply loved by so many people.

While adoption has brought significant emotional and financial challenges, it has also confirmed for us how much we want to be parents. We look forward to the everyday moments that come with raising a child and to building traditions, memories, and a life rooted in love and belonging.
