We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $30,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
The world’s orphan crisis weighs heavily on our hearts and while we cannot make a difference for the 153 million orphans suffering worldwide (according to UNICEF), we can change the life of one child, making one less orphan. We believe that every person can do something to help these precious ones, whether it is praying, helping fund adoptions, adopting, fostering, etc.-and we want to invite you to follow our journey and be a part of it with us. We are so very excited to add another little GIRL to our family in the next 1-2 years. Zoe is excited to be a big sister and we truly believe God will build our family by bringing us the girl who needs us and the girl our family wouldn’t be complete without. Although, we are unsure of what the future brings, we are stepping out in FAITH over fear. We humbly ask for your prayers and support.
