Life Update!

We are happy to announce that we have started the process for adoption! We were recently approved by an agency to work with them and our next step will be adoption training and then receiving our homestudy paperwork so we can get that scheduled and hopefully approved . Our backstory is that we have been on the infertility journey for about 5 1/2 years and we weren’t sure what God had planned for our lives/marriage and how we would grow our family. We have prayed a lot and asked that He would give us the desires of our heart. God placed adoption on our hearts and we knew that was the path that He wanted for us. We are fundraising to help with the cost of our adoption. The average cost of adoption is 30k-40k. While we are certain that the Lord will provide for our family in many ways during this journey, we are working hard toward our goal. It is a humbling thing to ask for monetary support, but necessary. Our first fundraiser is a t-shirt fundraiser. We are excited about this fundraiser because we can all wear them together to show our love and support for our future baby. Any donation or contribution is incredibly appreciated and will go straight to our adoption fund. Thank you so much for your love and prayers!     Waiting Family

    March 14, 2023

    Hi!!! We are so excited to announce that we are finally a waiting family! What that means is that we are on the adoption agency website as an option for a birth mother to choose from! If she is interested in learning more about us, they will show her our profile book and if she determines that we are the right family for her and her baby, then we will be matched!

    We do need to have the remaining funds available before we can actually be placed and take our sweet baby home. We will be applying for grants to hopefully get the remaining fees. Please pray that we are able to get this done as soon as we can to relieve any of that stress!
