It’s funny, someone asked Kelly and me (Patrick) the other day how we decided to adopt. It hit us at that moment that we never really had a serious conversation about it. We both had a passion for it and wanted adoption to be a part of our family story. The biggest question for us wasn’t “if” but “when.”

We nearly started the adoption process a few years ago but decided to have a baby biologically– Alice. Now, she is two and we’re ready to expand our family.

The resources being raised will provide us with all of the funding needed to adopt– the home study, counseling/healthcare for the birth mother, legal fees, background checks, etc.

We are using Adoption Bridges of Kentuckiana out of Louisville, KY and seeking a newborn from the USA.

Waiting to be matched could take a long time, however we have heard of it happening quickly!

Funding this adoption debt free is very important to us. With your partnership we will be able to allocate our own resources to future expenses and investments that will allow our family to continue growing and thriving. Taking out a $30,000 loan before the addition of a new baby is not a part of our plan lol.
