Family and Friends,
Many of you may know that we are in the latter stages of completing an international adoption of a 5-year-old little boy in Vietnam. We were recently matched with Nam (or Noah). Nam was abandoned at birth at a children’s hospital in North Vietnam and has been at an orphanage ever since. He has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and moderate to severe scoliosis.
Shortly after getting married, Michelle and I dreamed of the family we might have some day. During those early days we agreed that pursuing adoption at some point in the future would be a wonderful way to grow our family.
Fifteen years later, we believe that time for us has finally come.
