We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to prepare and welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. These fees cover the following approximate costs:

• Home Study Fee = $1,500
• Documentation Preparation and Authentication = $1,000
• Adoption Agency Application and Program Fees = $22,500
• Adoption Consultant Fees = $1,000
• Attorney Fees = $1,500
• Agency Community Outreach = $500
• Birth Family Counseling = $1,000
• Birth Mother Expenses = $3,000
• Post-Placement Expenses = $500
• Post-Adoption Support = $2,500 Currently, we have saved $14,000 toward these adoption costs, and we are asking for your support to help us raise the remaining $21,000.
