Thank you for taking the time to read our story. As we embark on our adoption journey, there are some things I want to let you know. There are a few things I want to share and help you understand about what is included in the process of completing our family. Just like someone who is carrying their own child, we are very excited as well as a little scared and apprehensive. We do not have complete control over this journey, and it is difficult not knowing when it will end with a child in our arms. During this journey we have TONS of paperwork, along with the Home Study and Family Profile. I have listened to many women complain about swollen feet, weight gain and morning sickness. Right now I would do anything to be experiencing those symptoms. After infertility of my own and the loss of our unborn baby it does not make this any easier. I would much rather know I am carrying my child then filling out another paper, coordinating another fundraiser and not knowing what the future holds. I believe God has chosen this path because we believe in adoption and are passionate about adoption. We know there are many children in need of loving homes and know that we can make the difference in the life of a child. We are open to one child or siblings. Whatever path God leads us down we are willing to accept. We have so much Love to give and look forward to sharing it with a beautiful baby or children. As hard as it is to ask for help, this is one of those times in life we are asking for your support. We know not everyone can help the same way.
