Dear family and friends,
As many of you know Chuck has had legal guardianship of Rayne since she was three weeks old. We would now like to fully adopt her. This has been her wish as well. Unfortunately the process of adoption is very expensive. And we are asking for support from my friends and family in order to make this happen. Any support would be greatly appreciated during this time. Please help us make our wish come true.
