After a lot of prayer, tears, and conversations, we're super stoked (and a little nervous) to be starting this adoption journey!
Adoption is such a great picture or analogy of how God has brought us into His family. We didn’t start off in God’s family. But the Father paid a huge price to bring us into His family so that we could be with Him forever. And His family (we call it the Church) is made up of brothers and sisters who don't look alike, but they have the same Abba (Hebrew for "Daddy").
So with that, we are going to see how we can represent that picture in our own family.
This is going to be really hard. It’s going to be emotional. It’s going to be expensive. But we know the Lord has lead us this far. :)
