In 2007, Jason and I adopted our lovely first daughter from China. We are deeply grateful for the joy she's brought to our lives. For many years, we've intended to give her a sister. After the heartache of losing our biological baby daughter in 2012 due to an unexpected illness, we are extremely pleased to say that once again we are preparing for a journey to China to bring home our new little mei mei (baby sister)! Our daughter, Jing Lan is waiting for us in Qinzhou, China. She has a repaired cleft lip and palate and has a definite medical journey ahead… But we will be at her side and look forward to seeing her grow into a healthy, happy, beautiful young lady!
