We have BIG news!
We are adopting a little girl with Down Syndrome from Colombia!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. Not to mention the costs associated once she is home and begins her much needed therapies. This is why we have set a goal of $8,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as she grows up.
We have purchased a beautiful watercolor puzzle of Colombia that will hang in her room. Every person that donates will get a puzzle piece with their name written on it. That way when she sees it above her bed she will see all the names put together that helped bring her home to her forever family and give her the life she deserves.
Please know that Adopt Together is a non profit so every donation is tax deductible. Also ALL funds are directly used strictly to cover adoption fees only.
