Stephanie Logan

is adopting a child from Niger

Give me the children. I will love them. I spoke these fateful words to God in January 2013, as He was speaking to me about children – the hurting, the sick, the orphaned. We didn&'t know at the time what that looked like, but within just a couple weeks, as our eyes were opened to a world full of children in need of love, adoption went from a theoretically good idea for some people to an imperative for us to offer the one thing we have: love. Feeling like we must not leave our children in a barren orphanage for a single unnecessary moment, we embarked immediately on our journey to find them. "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you." (John 14:18) There are many costs involved, but we believe that the God who asked us to do this will provide the money we need. We&'ve already received gifts, gotten unexpected checks in the mail, and found forgotten money. Would you partner with us? Every dollar blesses us richly. Even if you are unable to give, please pray that every obstacle will fall and our kids will come home quickly! I noticed your blog hadn’t been updated since 2013 and it sounded like you were fully funded, but when I asked the Lord who he wanted me to donate to, I heard “Logan.” Hope this blesses your family!
