We have BIG news!
We are adopting baby #2!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our family. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more.
We have set a current goal of $30,000 but we know our adoption will probably cost more than this. Our first adoption was around $35,000. We were blessed to have some money set aside for our first adoption. The second time around has put more of a financial strain on us as we are now a one income family, with Chelsea staying home with Penny.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
We truly appreciate everyone in our lives that supported us through our first adoption and we hope to have an even bigger community around us this time!
