Dear Family, Friends, & Friends of Friends & Family, "Aren&'t there lots of babies out there to adopt?" Yes! There are millions of children around the world that are in need of loving families. After much prayer, thought, and self reflection, we have decided that we have room in our hearts, family & home for one more child. Our small response to God&'s call to take care of the orphans, is to adopt Lucy Chenguo into our family. We are humbly inviting you to answer that call as well…in two very concrete ways. First, to pray for all the children in the world that need care. Secondly, to make a tax deductible donation of $15.00 to help us bring Lucy home. If 1,000 people would donate $15.00 each, we could reach our goal! To date we have absorbed close to $12,000. Our trip to China to bring Lucy home is fast approaching and so are the travel costs and final fees! Throughout this adoption journey, we have been reminded of a quote from Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta, "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love."
