Our family&'s journey to adoption has been exciting and one of prayerful consideration. Even before Andrew and I were married, we had discussed how we both had a heart for the orphans of the world and adoption. In our late teens and early 20&'s each of us had visited children in various areas around the world, Andrew in orphanages in Romania in 2005 and I with young school children in Tanzania in 2006. During those years the Lord built into the foundation of our hearts a desire to adopt internationally. After much prayer, we are excited to be adopting a Special Needs child from the country of the China through the Adoption Agency All God&'€™s Children International. This is definitely been a step of faith for us. As many adoptive parents would likely agree, this is a very daunting process, both emotionally and financially. We appreciate your prayerful consideration of providing financial support and your choice to proactively share in the blessing of this adoption. We remain excited about bringing our child home and continuing through this journey by leaning on faith and knowing the Lord will provide for His work.
