Jason Marianna

is adopting a child from United States of America

Greetings in the name of the Father of the fatherless! We are Jason and Jennifer Marianna and we’re excited to tell you we’re adopting. AGAIN. In April 2019, when we welcomed Ashlyn (current age: 9), Brayden (7), and Isaac (4) into our family. Adoption day was one of the happiest days of our lives; a milestone in a wonderful and challenging journey (for all of us) from foster care to a forever home.

As we have strived to imitate Christ, He has impressed upon us the need to care for orphans and foster children. To us, caring means being a mother and father to them for as long as the Lord allows. If they're precious to God (and they are), they must be precious to us too. We’re not perfect, we don’t always know what to do, and we’re certainly not “superheroes” — we’re just two people who can love ONLY because Christ first loved us.

We’re also infertile. Recently, we finally had the medical answers that eluded us for so long: Jen could carry a baby, but we lack the biological means to create one. In our search for answers, we discovered that there are a million babies in the United States currently in embryonic form. They live in the deep freezers of cold storage facilities where they will remain indefinitely until they are either implanted in a womb or destroyed. They were created purposes of in vitro fertilization. Often when a couple has difficulty having a baby, they create dozens of embryos in a laboratory and implant only a few of “the best” to bring to full term. As for the rest? They’re left in limbo — ready for implantation in a womb, waiting for a family willing to adopt them. We want to be one of those forever families.

Therefore, we’re asking for your financial help. This is an expensive process. There are legal fees, extensive medical fees, travel, adoption home studies and applications, and many other things that require more money than our family can muster. We need others who share our vision for adoption to donate what they can to make this possible. Please donate today and help us give another child a Mom, a Dad, a sister, and two brothers who are excited to welcome him/her as one of their own.
