Our road to adoption began with infertility. Not being able to get pregnant on our own was very difficult. Infertility brought up lots of questions and opened up a wide range of options. We started working with doctors and after several months it looked like making any progress in that direction would be a very difficult battle. We, along with a few close friends and family members, prayed that God would give us clear answers about how to grow our family. God began to work in our hearts and soon it became clear that adoption was His plan for our family. We contacted an adoption agency and began the application process. We were matched with a birth mom and our daughter was born in July. Our daughter will turn 3 this summer and we are praying to add another child to our family through domestic adoption. Currently, we are unable to cover the full cost of the adoption on our own. We truly appreciate your prayers and financial assistance. This journey has challenged us to surrender everything more fully to God. We are thankful for God&'s patience and the peace He gives as we grow to know and trust Him more completely.
