Jeremy McInelly

is adopting a child from China

My husband Jeremy and I have been married for 15 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) when I was 16. We tried for over 7 years to get pregnant. After 6 failed IUIs, we went to an adoption conference and knew adoption was for us. In 2005 we met the most awesome girl who loved her daughter enough to give her to us. A couple of years later, she called us again and we were able to adopt another little girl. Our daughters are the joy of our life. We love them more than we could have ever imagined. We thought we were done, but after 12 years of trying to have a child, I finally got pregnant with a son. We were so excited, but after many complications, we lost him at 25 weeks. It was devastating and the girls were so sad not to have a little brother. After a recent trip to China, my husband and I knew where our son needed to come from. Adoption has blessed our lives in so many ways. We have found our son and now we just need to bring him home. Thank you for reading our story and donating to this cause.
