We are incredibly excited to begin this new journey to adopt! We have each always expressed the desire to have a family, and we find that there is beauty in adoption based on fate and the power of human connection. There is something extraordinary about two paths crossing when the universe believes there is a connection to be made. We recognize that a mother is providing the beautiful gift of life, and we believe our hearts will enable us to provide the support for this life to thrive in a safe and loving environment. When we think of starting our family, adoption truly aligns with who we are. As part of our adoption process, we have set a fundraising goal of $15,000 to help offset some of the costs associated with adoption. There are so many unknowns that we may face, and we want to be best prepared to welcome a new family member into our home.
