WE HAVE BEEN MATCHED TO ADOPT A CHILD!
I know we have been silent on the blog for a while, but we have been exploring our options and what to do moving forward in light of COVID-19. We decided to explore domestic infant adoption, and we are thrilled to share that we have been matched and hope to bring home are little one in a few weeks!
That being said, domestic infant adoption has cost significantly more than what we expected to pay with the South Africa adoption. If you have been following our journey and feel led, we would love for you to help bring our little one home! We have had incredible support along this journey, and we are so grateful to finally see the fruit of it! Thank you so much for journeying with us and for all the love that has been poured out on us!!
P.S. COVID-19 has caused an indefinite but most likely very long delay in the South African adoption. We have paused that adoption for now but hope to circle back when things normalize.
