What a journey this has been. We met Michelet in 2011, started the adoption in 2012, have been hindered and suffered tremendous financial loss by fraud, then aided by one of the most respected organizations in Haiti adoptions (which meant paying for the adoption a second time). As we continue to fight to move our adoption forward and get Michelet home, we really appreciate all of the friends and family for your financial support and prayers. Despite the obstacles in our way, we are thankful for God&'s blessing that we have been able to keep our match with Michelet and we were allowed to continue the process with All Blessings International. We are so thankful to finally be seeing everything start to fall into place and have received a statement of commitment from Haiti to finish our adoption. With that comes many expenses in the near future to include two trips to Haiti, first to file necessary paperwork in Haiti, then to bring him home. The continued prayer and support of everyone is tremendously appreciated. Michelet is so precious and worth every sacrifice made to get him home! God bless you all for being part of his story.
