Our story begins with our love for Haiti. We have been actively going to Haiti for twelve years doing mission work. In the last three years we have been going to a village called Port-au-Ciel (Gateway to Heaven). We have fallen in love with the people there, especially one little girl, Misselove. Misselove was abandoned by her parents and was an orphan in the village. We inquired about her and found out that she could be adopted. Our family met her in October 2012, and when we came home we started the adoption process. We believe adoption is a true example of God&'s love for His people because we have been adopted into God&'s family. God pursues us with His love and that is what we are doing through adoption. Most importantly, we are asking that you continually pray for our family, Misselove, the country of Haiti, and all the orphans who have yet to meet their forever families.
