We have BIG news!
We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $35,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Our family is getting very excited as we wrap up our paperwork and begin to prepare for our home study. The boys often talk about and wonder about who this new little brother or sister might be!! We hope that you will join us on this journey and begin praying for us as we prepare our hearts and home. Please also be praying for the birth mother who is considering adoption, for her health (physical, mental and spiritual) as well as the health of the child that God would place in our family.

It will be great pleasure for us to be a tangible expression to the world of God's adoption of us as we encounter others and can share this incredible journey of adoption with them. This new little one will be coming to us from North or South Carolina and we cannot wait to welcome him or her into our family!
