Liz Mott

is adopting a child

We are adopting!!

We are so excited for Mott baby #3 to join our family! God has given us a passion and desire for adoption to be the next way to grow our family. This desire has come from a place of understanding that we have been adopted into God's family through Jesus' sacrifice on our behalf. More so, we have come to understand and see the beauty in God's transcultural church and family, and have a longing for our immediate family to reflect this diversity as well. We also believe that every life is precious and made in the image of God, and we see adoption as a clear way to support birth mothers and fathers in a time of desperate need.

For our domestic infant adoption, we will be using Bethany Christian Services. The total cost for the adoption will be $30,000. While this is a lot of money, we know it will be money very well spent. The money will cover the entire adoption process, legal fees, and providing counseling and care for the birth mother before and after delivery through Bethany. Will you consider coming alongside and partnering with us in raising a portion of this cost? We also would love for you to be praying for us in this very exciting and yet unpredictable journey. It will be very encouraging to know who is praying alongside us in this, so if you are please let us know! We value our community of family and friends so much, and we could not go down this road without all of your love and support!
