We are two loving, nurturing, kindhearted and intelligent people who would love to adopt a child. The saying "time flies when you&'re having fun" doesn&'t even begin to describe our lives so far. We met six years ago while we were in our last semesters of college - in Michigan. It doesn&'t seem possible that it&'s been that long! Since then we&'ve become quite the team - Katie made the big move to Ohio (Nate&'s home state), we had our wedding, secured stable jobs, bought our first home, became more involved in our Church, did some traveling, were blessed with five nieces and nephews and six new cousins. And now we can&'t wait to start a family of our own! We recently discovered the idea of adoption and (after lots of prayer and research) haven&'t looked back since! We&'re hoping to adopt a newborn baby from the U.S., and are so excited to become parents. We&'ve been slowly saving, cutting back as much as possible and trying some other fundraisers so far, but we could use more help growing our adoption fund.
