Hello friends and family.
We have some news to share, we are about to embark on the exciting, perhaps a little scary, but very rewarding process of becoming parents though adoption! You may be wondering why we are choosing adoption. First and foremost we are honored to be able to offer a safe and loving home to a child in need of parents. Secondly, many of you likely are not aware that we have faced infertility and have just finished our fifth fertility treatment cycle with no success. While we could continue on with fertility treatments there is no guarantee future cycles would lead to a baby and we have decided they are not worth the time, money, and pain to continue on. We very much desire to be parents and after much discussion we realize God is offering a wonderful opportunity to become parents through adoption. As many of you know adoption is a long and expensive process (on average $35,000-$40,000) but we know it will be well worth it in the end. We come to you today to invite you to be a part of our adoption process as we know you will be part of the child’s life. Your donation will be tax deductible and will go directly towards adoption costs. We also welcome you sharing our story and page with any friends, family, community members who might be interested. We know infertility and adoption are difficult subjects to discuss and we are happy to talk to anyone who has questions or is facing similar challenges.
