We have exciting news! We are adopting a baby! We will be matched with a brave birth momma in the coming weeks or months. We don’t know the gender, race or adoption state… and we don’t know the exact timing, but we do know that the Lord knows which precious one needs us and us them!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $50,000 or more. We’ll need approximately $42,000 once we match with a birth mother.
We have created a “You are our dream come true!” puzzle fundraiser.
For every donation of any amount we will send you a puzzle piece with a magnet for your fridge and we will write you or your family’s name on the matching piece that we will keep. One day our sweet kiddo will be able to see this puzzle and the names all of the amazing people who loved them and were part of their story… the story God is already writing for them.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the beautiful community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
