We have BIG news! On July 18th I got a call from the adoption agency that Gracyn's birth mom was expecting again and wanted me to parent this new baby. Of course I said YES! To be able to keep these babies together is a great thing!
With this unexpected adoption comes a lot of unexpected expenses, but when you feel God leading, you follow. As part of our adoption process, I have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why I have set a lofty goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive families.
I hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community I hope to build around this baby as he/she grows up.
