Kim Schildbach

is adopting a child from China

Why not one more?

You hear many opinions when you decide to grow your family to this size.

People are concerned that we don't have enough “toys”, that we might not have a big enough retirement account, that we might need to think about ourselves and our needs a bit more.

We are blessed to have just enough room for one more little one!We can gather a little tighter around our dining room table!

We have many open arms ready to hold a sweet one!

And we’ll make a circle of love around her and make her a beloved daughter and sister forever!

And it is absolutely our pleasure.

A little about our family:

Ani came home at age 6 from Bulgaria, she is fully blind and our resident stinker. Mabel blessed us with her spunky spirit from China in 2014 and our sweet Frances came in 2018 from China. Mabel and Frances are also blind.

(Per China’s new rules we cannot commit officially to our child until after our home study is done and we’ve reached one year since our last adoption. The child we’ve committed to in our hearts is 5 years old and blind and living in China.)

But we need your help!

You can:

  • Give a digital gift card or other item to our online auction!
  • You can give a monetary donation. It will take around $42,000 to bring this sweet one home. Thank you!
  • You can bid high on an item in one of our online auctions!
  • You can pray for us!
  • Please share this fundraising page on social media and invite friends to our online auction
  • You can follow us on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/kimberly.schildbach

Thank you for loving us!
